The Two Minute Agency Relationship Assessment

Every client/agency relationship currently exists somewhere on a continuum from an optimistic start to the inevitable end.  Will it last two years, five years or, hopefully, more?  Wanamaker Associates, for the past 25 years, has prided ourselves in helping advertisers get the most out of their agency relationships for the longest time possible.  Two minutes invested in this tool will bring focus to just where you are on the agency relationship continuum.

Please assign a number, from 1 (Completely Disagree) to 5 (Completely Agree), to the importance of each statement to your advertising program.

We have recently selected a new agency partner, but have yet to resolve the contract and compensation issues.

We are working very effectively with our advertising agency, but we are always looking for ways to ensure this strong relationship continues.

Our internal staff and the agency are communicating very well and we need to take advantage of that to ensure that accountability is built into every level of the relationship.

We are not sure our ad agency always has our best interests in mind when they come to us with their program recommendations.

We believe we need to find a new agency because this relationship is just not working anymore.  However, we currently have too much on our plate, too many important projects, to address issue this right now.

Our current agency is now on a project basis and we are using other outside resources, as well.  We are thinking about opening things up for agency presentations.

We have decided to begin an agency search process to select appropriate advertising agency partner to serve our unique needs.
